Ayurveda and Yoga

grow out of the same roots in ancient India. For 5,000-10,000 years these sister sciences have been practiced together to allow the practitioners of yoga the advantage of optimal health and balance. Yoga and Ayurveda are not subjects you can just learn from reading books. We need teachers, hands on experience, personal instruction and the time to practice to learn who we are and what benefits our individual needs.

What I wish to share with you is some of the traditional advise that my teachers have shared with me through the years. Supporting the health of the body, mind and spirit, preventing injuries, imbalance and disease.

Both Ayurveda and Yoga help to enlighten our efforts of finding the inner harmony we all seek.
